WELCOME FRIENDS! I am so excited to be launching Marlo’s Conversations with Friends: topics around WELL Being, where I spend time talking with friends of mine who have been in my life a long time and share passions around becoming a better WELL Being. I wanted to share with you the inspiration that I have experienced myself from these dear friends and colleagues as well as how I have tried their teachings on in my own life.
Let me say that for me, WELL Being is whole person gig. It includes your daily rituals - both self-care and otherwise, your frame of thoughts, emotions and the energy you give off, your hobbies and passions, your nutrition and foods, your lifestyle, your community of WELL Being and your relationship with the environment. And there are more, though these frame the foundation for me around being a better WELL Being.
These are audio only recordings, so you can take a walk and listen, clean the house and listen or simply get still and listen. Take notes physically or mentally or none at all. My hope is that you are inspired to take even one little micro percent of inspiration and try it on in your own life. And by all means, share this inspiration with your friends.
